Death Cafe

The Death Cafe is a social forum for people to gather over coffee, tea, and cookies, and discuss human mortality. It was started by Bernard Crettaz, a French-Swiss sociologist, who felt there is a need for creating a safe place for people to explore their fears and concerns about this topic, which is so often a taboo subject for conversation.
